Angelo is an 11-year old loveable troublemaker who comes up with complicated ideas and plans to get himself what he thinks he and his friends deserve. The bigger the challenge, the bigger the plan, and Angelo is sure that if he doesn't solve a problem straight away, he can always make it up as he goes along!

Lola is a cool 12-year old girl who lives next door to Angelo, and his one of his best friends. She loves challenges and often encourages Angelo to go ahead with one of his plans - plus, she has a mobile phone, which helps the Angelo Rules gang get up to even more mischief!

Sherwood is Angelo's best friend, and smartest classmate. He usually has a scientific problem with one of Angelo and Lola's latest plans, but they always convince him to join in! Sherwood is also very good with technology, so he's the one with all the gadgets.

While Angelo's Mom is in charge at home, his Dad is much less strict and more likely to care about what everyone is going to watch on TV! Angelo and his Dad are very close, which means that he can get away with more things when his Dad is around.

Angelo's Mom is the main decision-maker in their family, which means that's she's always very busy with a hundred different things, and so she doesn't see the mischief that Angelo and his friends are getting up to!

Angelo's brother Peter is only 5 years old, so he spends most of his time bouncing around the house pretending to be a superhero. Angelo sometimes thinks Peter gets away with being naughty because he's the youngest - their Mom never blames Peter for anything!

Elena is Angelo’s trendy but very annoying 15-year old sister. Since she was the first born kid she expects the other do whatever she says. They don’t. With Mom and Dad off at work, Elena is sometimes stuck helping take care of her two brothers which is the last thing she wants to do. She’d rather be hanging out with her on-again/off-again dude Hunter.

The family cat. Basically she’s the chore no one wants to deal with.

Elena’s sometime cocky boyfriend. Hunter’s the local teenage hunk (and obstacle) who works at Adventureparkland, the local adventure themed amusement park. Hunter takes great pride in flaunting his authority and usually smarts off to anyone younger than him.

The bully in Angelo’s class who has been held back so many times no one knows how old he really is. His fists are faster than his brain.

Angelo’s high minded stick-in-the-mud teacher at school. Mr. Foot is naturally suspicious towards kids, especially Angelo. He talks using pompous maxims. He feels a kinship with Sherwood, the only one of his students he respects on an intellectual level. He confiscates your stuff without warning, delights in giving pop quizzes, censors student films projects, and more.

Sweet, but uncoordinated kid in Angelo’s class. Angelo and friends often help him out and it doesn’t hurt that his dad owns Adventureparkland. Hunter is his older brother.
